OhMiBod Freestyle W: Oh, The Sound Of Music
Love your music? Want to really, really love it?? Ever described a musician as orgasmic? Well, now you can truly mean it! We've been checking out some adult toys and novelties lately, and this is another in a similar vein, with a twist. Adults only now: not that there is anything particularly salacious, but we're still hauling out the honor system "over 18″ card. Women- and the men who love them- this one is for you!
All you have to do is get your hands (and other body parts) on the new OhMiBod Freestyle W vibrator. This sleek looking eight inches (five that can be inserted into you) of rabbit vibrator fun can actually buzz and pulsate along with your own music collection. The W comes precharged; so, no minute of pleasure is wasted. I popped that baby in and immediately set it to Nine Inch Nails – I want to F+*# You Like An Animal and everything I have of Lords Of Acid. NIN was pretty good, but over all I found I need a little more control over these things for my body to reach its full potential. Lucky for me, there is also a manual setting on the W that allows you to cycle through seven different settings of buzz and pulsate, which change for both the buzzer in the dildo and in the clitoral extension. I found this level of control worked better for me. One nice feature is that the controls are positioned so that you can read them easily while using the W. Although, a very interesting feature is that it you can also connect the device to your Skype conversations, just plug your vibrator into your computer and let your lover have a load of fun with you.
Over all, the W is medium-loud. You won't be using it while someone else is in the room, unless you want them to know, or even better- be involved. The vibrations also seem to be of medium intensity, which makes the W a pretty general toy, meaning it can accommodate many women. That being said, it is not intense as some that we've tried, nor does it feel quite as flexible as others. The novelty of utilizing your music library is a bit short-lived, and it seems to respond more to the level of the noise rather than the beat. The biggest annoyance for me was that it is made from the type of silicone that attracts lint. It isn't too bad if you keep it in its silk pouch, that it comes with, but it does got a bit frustrating. It also isn't the easiest to clean being that it is not waterproof (just splash proof). One of the things I like about silicone is that you can boil it to sterilize it. Not so here, so no sharing unless you are super close! You will also want to use water-based lubricant with this toy.
Final thoughts: for $130 I would rather get a toy that I will more consistently use, but if you have a long distant relationship where you use VoIP systems, it might be a great addition to your relationship!
